Vaultsy is designed with privacy at its core. The app is intended to provide a private and secure place for your personal photos and videos.

  1. Photos and Videos

Vaultsy only accesses photos and videos when you choose to import them into the app.

Your photos and videos are not uploaded to our own servers.

If you choose to remove the original files from the Photos app after importing them into Vaultsy, this action is performed only after your permission.

You can export your photos and videos back to the Photos app at any time.

  1. iCloud

Vaultsy can use Apple iCloud to store and synchronize your private content.

Your content remains associated with your Apple ID and iCloud account. Vaultsy does not operate its own cloud storage servers and does not have access to your personal iCloud account.

Files stored by Vaultsy are not added to your regular iCloud Photos library unless you explicitly export them back to Photos.

Apple’s own privacy policy and iCloud terms apply to data stored using iCloud.

  1. Face ID and Passcode

Vaultsy can use Face ID or a passcode to protect access to the app.

Face ID authentication is handled securely by iOS. Vaultsy does not receive, collect or store your facial or biometric data.

  1. Panic Mode

Vaultsy includes an optional Panic Mode that can lock or hide the app when a configured device movement is detected.

Motion information used for this feature is processed on your device and is not sent to us.

  1. Personal Data

Vaultsy does not require you to create an account.
