Where? is designed with privacy in mind. Your photos, saved places and item information belong to you.
Photos you add to Where?, together with the names, locations and other information you save, are stored on your device.
Where? does not upload your photos or item information to our own servers.
Where? uses on-device technology to recognise items in your photos and help you search for them.
Photo recognition and search are processed on your device.
If you use iCloud sync, your Where? data may be stored in your personal Apple iCloud account so it can be available on your other Apple devices.
This data is handled through Apple’s iCloud services and is not stored on servers operated by Where?.
Where? may request access to your camera or photo library so you can add photos of places and items.
These permissions are only used for the features you choose to use.
Where? does not use your personal photos or saved items for advertising.
Your personal information is not sold to advertisers.
If you contact us for support, we will only use the information you provide to respond to your question or issue.
